MAKE THINGS TAKE PLACE!!! Once once more, we have been treated as if we were sport, or public figures (no exaggeration). Here is how my experience went: I drop off the Suburban for our recommended service appointment, an oil change also as a recall from GMAC. I also spoke with the Service Mgr. Dennis, I believe was his name, to look at a concern on the console of the Camaro even though this was a spur of the moment question for him, he took the time to investigate and is looking at obtaining the part replaced. All this taking location with the service department being full of other customers but you wouldn't have known it. I am never rushed out the door, but when I am strapped for time, I can get in and out of there in a hurry if needed, you just have to ask. This is an awesome perception for any customer to feel. HIGHLY SUGGEST!! Bought my automobile from Dick Genthe Chevrolet and it was a great experience. Unfortunately I had a couple of problems with my new vehicle and frankly it actually made me upset. Nonetheless when I brought it into service the speed in which they helped me out and they fixed it at no cost to me. It was still under warranty.
